I. Job Overview
The Senior Construction Scheduler will be responsible for assisting project teams in preparing and reviewing detailed baseline schedules for assigned projects using Primavera P6 software and other scheduling software as necessary. He will also develop and maintains a Master Schedule. The Senior Scheduler will meet with project teams regularly to assist them in reviewing, updating, and analyzing project baseline schedules and update schedules, perform progress schedule update reviews to include comprehensive reporting and narrative, analyzing schedules to help project teams make informed decisions regarding project planning and procurement. Lead development of projects schedules, specifications, cost/resource loading, and progress reporting for water and wastewater projects of various sizes and complexity. Lead delay claims resolution efforts.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Develop, manage, update, and monitor individual project schedules and integrated overall master program schedule.
- Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities and milestones.
- Perform progress schedule update reviews to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.
- Review schedule, progress and productivity of consultants and contractors, monitor and verify monthly costs and earned value, conduct change order management and control.
- Develop, manage, and monitor program and project specific budgets, cash flow projections and forecasts
- Cost and resource management and reporting
- Establish and ensure scheduling and cost control standards are implemented.
- Progress payment application reporting.
- Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, owners and various stakeholders related to the project controls and schedule of a particular project.
- Development and analysis of what-if scenarios including risk mitigation strategies and support for the tracking of key performance metrics (CPI, SPI, critical path, float density, variance, etc.)
- Delay and Time Impact Analysis of Schedule
- Quality – adhere and verify quality standards are met within deliverables produced by project team, consultants, and contract
III. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of relevant project controls, project analyst experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility in terms of project size and sophistication, preferably in wastewater.
- PMI-SP, PSP highly desired (Planning and Schedule Professional)
- Experience with advanced scheduling principles using Primavera 6 (P6), MS Project or other related system applications is required.
- Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
